Bring your Gmail, Calendar, and Tasks into Claude.
Connect any number of Google accounts and ask Claude about your inbox, your week, or your open tasks — across every account — without leaving the conversation. Claude can also draft mail, create events and tasks, and tidy labels; it never deletes, and it never sends without a draft you can read first.
Nothing gets deleted, nothing gets sent in one step. There is no delete tool at all, and sending mail takes two separate calls: Claude writes a draft you can read in your own Gmail, and only a second, explicit call sends that exact draft. Alongside reading, Claude can create calendar events and tasks, and change a message's labels or read state.
The permission is wider than the tool set. Google has no create-only permission, so the access you grant would technically allow deleting too — what actually holds that line is the fixed, published list of tools, which contains no delete and no one-step send.
Every tool call is logged, by shape only. Timestamp, tool name, which optional parameters were used, result count, outcome, latency — never a search term, recipient, subject, body, or item id. Claude can also file a one-line report when it hits something missing or costly to do — that's free text about the friction it ran into, never about what's in your mail or calendar.
