1. Provider and agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and PROGOS Számítástechnikai Szolgáltató és Kereskedelmi Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (PROGOS Kft.), registered at 1121 Budapest, Ordas köz 2., Hungary, company registration number 01-09-718243, tax number 13090166-2-43 (“PROGOS”, “we”). They govern the GHub AI website, profile, Google-account connections, MCP connector and related beta features (the “Service”).
By checking the acceptance box and signing in, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. The version and time are recorded. The Privacy Policy explains data handling; it is acknowledged, not converted into consent for every processing purpose.
2. Closed-beta eligibility
You must be at least 18, have legal capacity, and have an invitation or other authorization from PROGOS. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you may bind that organization and connect the relevant Google accounts. Access is personal unless we agree otherwise.
3. What GHub AI provides
The Service connects supported Google Workspace data to an MCP-compatible client. It can read Gmail, Calendar and Tasks across connected accounts. Optional write tools can create drafts, send an existing draft, archive or label mail, create events and tasks, and update supported items where you separately granted the required scope. The Service does not expose permanent-delete tools.
Scope names shown by Google may cover more technical permission than one product action. GHub AI restricts use to its documented tools, but you should grant write scopes only to accounts where you want those actions available.
4. Your instructions and review responsibility
You control which accounts to connect, which scopes to grant, which connector client to authorize and which commands to send. Review account names, recipients, dates, content and tool results before asking for a consequential write. A compatible AI client may misunderstand a request or choose the wrong tool arguments; GHub AI validates permissions and inputs but cannot guarantee the client’s interpretation.
5. Account security
Keep your Google and client accounts secure, use only clients you trust, and promptly disconnect access you no longer need. Do not share session cookies, connector access tokens or invitation access. Notify info@progos.hu if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity initiated through credentials under your control unless caused by our breach of duty.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- break law, third-party rights, Google or client terms, or workplace policies;
- access an account or data without permission, bypass limits, probe another user’s data, or defeat authentication;
- send spam, phishing, malware, harassment, deceptive communications or unlawful surveillance;
- extract, resell or repurpose Google data in a way prohibited by Google’s API policies;
- interfere with the Service, overload it, reverse engineer security controls, or introduce harmful code;
- include secrets or unnecessary third-party personal data in feature-request free text.
7. Third-party services
Google and the connector client you choose are separate services with their own availability, terms and privacy practices. You authorize data to move between them when you connect an account and approve the connector. PROGOS does not control changes to Google APIs, Claude, other clients, or their accounts and subscriptions.
8. Beta status, changes and availability
This is a no-fee, pre-release closed beta. Features may be incomplete, change, fail, or be withdrawn; data formats and client compatibility can change. No service-level agreement, support response time, continuity commitment, paid entitlement or production-readiness warranty is included. Planned Google verification or security assessment is not represented as complete unless the product states so expressly.
We may limit invitations, rate-limit traffic, pause a feature for security, maintenance or provider changes, or end the beta. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of material non-urgent changes.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop at any time by disconnecting accounts or deleting your profile. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, legal obligation, abuse, prolonged inactivity, or the end of the beta. We will use proportionate measures and, where appropriate, tell you the reason and provide a way to contact us.
10. Intellectual property and feedback
PROGOS and its licensors retain the Service, software, design, brand and documentation. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the beta as intended; they do not transfer ownership. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us only the rights needed to process your instruction. If you voluntarily provide feedback, PROGOS may use it without payment or confidentiality obligation, but not in a way that overrides the Privacy Policy.
11. Warranties
We provide the beta with reasonable skill and care but, to the fullest extent law permits, it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, that every client interpretation will be correct, or that the Service will meet a particular professional, compliance, backup or retention requirement. Nothing here excludes a warranty that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Liability
Neither party limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of data-protection duties where limitation is unlawful, or other liability that law does not allow to be limited.
Subject to that, PROGOS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunity or data; actions taken by a third-party client; or outages and changes of Google or another external provider. Because the beta is free, PROGOS’s aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to HUF 50,000, unless mandatory consumer or other law requires a greater remedy. You remain responsible for independent backups and review of important actions.
13. Governing law and disputes
Hungarian law governs these Terms, without overriding mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable procedural and consumer law will hear disputes. Before filing, contact info@progos.hu so the parties can try to resolve the issue.
14. Changes and general terms
Material changes receive a new version and require fresh acceptance before a new session. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Failure to enforce once is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; PROGOS may transfer it with the Service while preserving your legal rights. These Terms, the Privacy Policy where relevant, and any expressly agreed beta notice are the complete agreement for the free beta.
